Founded in 1986, Jyoti Process Equipments has grown into a trusted manufacturer of industrial process equipment. Based in Navi Mumbai, we specialize in Pressure Leaf Filters, Polishing Bag Filters, Drum Flakers, and Drum Dryers, serving industries such as food, sugar, starch, vegetable edible oil, molten sulphur, agrochemicals, specialty chemicals, and pharmaceuticals. With a strong focus on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, we have built long-term partnerships across India and beyond.
History
The journey of Jyoti Process Equipments began in 1986, when Mr. Sabesan Natarajan founded a proprietary firm, Sai Engineering Works, as a small lathe machining workshop in MIDC Rabale, Navi Mumbai. Just two years later, in 1988, the company achieved a major breakthrough by successfully manufacturing and installing precast moulds for the prestigious Konkan Railway Project. This success boosted our confidence and opened the doors to new opportunities across different domains.
By 1989, we recognized a growing demand for process equipment in the vegetable edible oil industry, where suppliers were scarce. Rising to the challenge, we began supplying customized equipment not only to the vegetable oil sector but also to the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
In the early 1990s, we expanded further by manufacturing import substitute equipment such as Pressure Leaf Filters, Bag Filters, Drum Flakers, Drum Dryers, and other specialized process equipment for OEMs. This continued until 2007, establishing our reputation for reliability and innovation.
To serve a wider client base, we set up Jyoti Engineering in 2004 with a new manufacturing unit. By 2008, our products had reached international markets, and in 2011, Jyoti Process Equipments Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated to take over Jyoti Engineering and strengthen our global presence.
Today, Jyoti Process Equipments is a family-owned enterprise with a proud legacy of over three decades. We serve more than 250 client accounts and export our equipment directly to over 16 countries, as well as through EPC contractors, OEMs, consultants, and project suppliers. Our history reflects a journey of growth, innovation, and unwavering commitment to quality.
